GRANTING AN OPERATION LICENSE TO THE MOZNOSTI Ltd. SKOPJE SAVINGS HOUSE

By virtue of Article 17-b of the Banks and Savings Houses Act (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 31/93, 78/93, 17/96 and 37/98 and 25/2000), the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia informs the public about the following:

By a Decision of the Governor of the Republic of Macedonia, dated May 11, 2000, an operation license was granted to MOZNOSTI Ltd. Skopje savings house. The founder of the Savings House is the humanitarian association Moznosti from Skopje. The address of the Savings House is “Naroden Front” St. 19/1 Skopje.

The Savings House shall carry out the following activities:

·         collect denar savings deposits of natural persons up to an amount two times higher than its founding capital;

·         grant credits to natural persons and individuals acting independently (not having the status of a legal entity);

·         take credits from banks and savings houses;

·          perform economic and financial consulting activities;

·         extend credits to legal entities, without bank’s intermediation up to 1.5 times the amount of the guarantee capital and without restrictions in government securities, on the money and short-term securities market and to legal entities through a bank, providing bank guarantee;

·         purchase and sale short-term securities and

·         other activities stipulated by law.
