Fadil Bajrami
Vice Governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia

Fadil Bajrami has 22 years of work experience, of which more than five years in managerial positions in the private sector. For a short period of two years, he was engaged in the public sector as a Mayor of the municipality of Oslomej. From 1999 to 2005, he was a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia, where he was also a member of various Committees on Banking and Commerce, as well as a Chairman of the Economic Policy and Development Committee. From September 2005 to September 2012, he was a Vice Governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia, responsible for cash management operations and information technology. In July 2012, he was re-appointed as a Vice Governor by the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia. Since 2011, he has been engaged as a university lecturer in the fields of macroeconomics and banking management at the State University in Tetovo. He received his PhD degree in 2011, from the Institute of Economics at the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje.
